Malbec Rose vinified
with swiss winemaking techniques for blush, considering Malbec caracter,
with special importance on fresh fruit (acid and sweet complex in the
mid palate) and soft and long finish. |

- fermentation made in concrete vat with epoxy paint
- fermentation made by selected yeast
- temperature controlled fermentation 12-16°C
- some malo-lactic fermentation to maintain freshness and to add complexity in
both acid
components and the structure of the wine
- filtration as less as possible with cellulose and
diatom earth
- no fining !

Strawberry juice / red cherry juice / light red rose petals,

Perfume: |
fresh bread softly roasted/toasted, fresh made cherry juice,
different flowers, peach, Lakum (Turkish delight),
lychee, ripe water melon, red cassis from Patagonia, fresh figue
on the tree, plum on the tree, mountain hay, some time in the
glass also showing some apples & pears. |
Taste: |
Elegant and soft entry, mid palate builds up with nice
structure and refreshing acids, with flavors similar
described in perfumes, ending with some flavors of drops,
house made marzipan

Medium long persistence for a rose wine |

Comida: |
My favorite plates for this wine are smoked trout, and the
entree served in Katharinas (Entre Cielos Hotel Restaurant);
Octopus served on softly dressed green salad with spices and
herbs. |
Storage: |
Maintain in a fresh and dark room, the wine will thank you
and maintaining freshness and fruit for much longer time. |
