look at general information

Optimum storage conditions:

- dark place, minimum lighting
- 10 to 15oC (higher temperatures will cause a faster
  aromatic development)

Optimum drinking conditions: - best taste and expression if drunk from a good spirit glass at 15oC or even better, at 18oC in a cognac glass
- To maintain best temperature in glass and not to dilute flavours, add a frozen grape berry (any table grape is fine)

Presentacion:

Master Distiller's tasting notes:

Tasted August 2008 by Ing. Oeno Hubert Weber

Glass

Impitoyable No 1

Colour

crystal clear

Aroma
(from up to down part of the glass)

spring flowers, vanilla, white honey, ripe cherries, ripe plums, dried grapes, fresh made buttery pear pie, herbs (walking in the piedmonts of the Andes mountains), fresh pressed extra virgin olive oil

Taste

Very soft and Malbec-sweet entry, built then up to a mouthful and warm, absolute non aggressive sensation and will remember you the character of a real and noble Malbec from Mendoza.

Length

Ending with a sweet-dry finish and a taste of dried plums, with aromatic and tasty persistence for more than 60 seconds.

Other:

“High end spirits are the perfumes of the palate, enjoy them like you do with other perfumes”. HW
